I have applied for Deloitte, Assistant Manager / Manager, Future Opportunities in Financial Service Audit, Banking & Capital Markets, London position.
In most of our recruitment processes, the first interview tends to focus on finding out about your motivations and career goals, as well as finding out what experience you have for the role. We will also tell you about what life is like at Deloitte. Make sure that you have a copy of the role profile and that you can discuss strong examples of when you have demonstrated the experience required. Some of the questions will be competency based so you will need to provide 'competency' answers. I suggest using the 'STAR' technique.
Also, make sure you research the Deloitte website, there is plenty of information on there!
Please make sure you bring along your own questions to ask your interviewer too. Your interview should be a two way fact finding mission!
