Digital is a sub-service line within tech but they get to keep their beard and wear shorts in the summer because they are cool. Jokes aside, digital tends to be more focused on the technical side of things such as using VR to help businesses and building funky models to help businesses to visualise information. They also get exposure to S&O and Human Capital projects more often. Tech scheme on the other hand cover a wide range of work, can't really tell you without knowing which service line you are walking into.
