I have passed the tests and given my choices or roles, Im assuming next stages are the assessment centre. So regarding this, what skills and competencies are looked for in the candidate during the assessment centre tests? And how does the technical round progress?

Hi Arunita,

Hope you are well.

During the assessment centre you will go sit a Group Exercise and Final interview.

During the group exercise we look at your behaviours and how you interact with and talk to other members of the group. We want real team players so do me mindful of others during the exercise.

At the final interview, you would have been provided with a presentation topic to prepare. You then present your discussion for 5 minutes to the Partner followed by 10/15 minutes of Q/A on the topic. Then you have the interview after which lasts for 45minutes.

Thanks for your reply and thanks for the info!

And does it depend on the role I've applied for so Digital consultant role assessed differently and business analyst assessed for certain skills or is a general competency and passion observed during the assessment centre stage? Thanks.

Hi,
Both Digital Consultant and Business Analyst roles are part of the Advisory stream in Digital. However, they will have different benchmarks as the Partner who will interview you will sit in the area you have applied to. So he will assess you based on the area.

The competencies assessed are the same, but the thresholds will differ based on service area.
