Deloitte is already the largest professional services firm in the world, to continue to grow, we are diversifying our approach and building different kinds of businesses to achieve this. That means among others to evolve our culture, that is a challenge.
That is very interesting, thank you for your response. What would be your response to suggestions that Deloitte, or one of the other 'Big 4' is going to divide its consulting and audit sectors to increase their client bases?
In Deloitte, the audit practice has already widened to manage risks generally. When you are developing a project for a client in Consulting, you need this view for some key elements. As such, we are happy to work around the difficulties that auditing clients give Consulting engagements.
Can you elaborate on 'evolving your culture' please? What aspects of the company's culture do Deloitte think they need to change?
Hi Ajay, we keep the service part of the culture, of course, but considering that some elements of expertise are commoditised, instead of moving away, automate them to provide a managed service to another kind of companies that were not traditionally our clients.

We manage entire E-Commerce websites and logistics system for clients, Optimise shop frequentation, among others.
So in terms of new clients that you would look to take on what types of company would that be?
Whenever you take a new client onboard, we always do an assessment of what we can really do for them, big and small, sometimes the small pay big dividends, sometimes the big one, sometimes no dividends at all. That is the expertise of our Directors and Partners.
Hi! So would you say clients come to you just generally looking to improve their business, or come to you with specific problems?
You come to Deloitte because you have this business question you need to be solved and nobody can answer. We will bring all that is needed to make sure the people, process, technology, data aspects of the problem are answered.
