Hi Lukasz. Typically we aim to contact a candidate within 2 weeks of them applying, and aim to have feedback following a phone conversation after a further 2 weeks. I do apologise that you have appeared to have waited longer than the specified times, this can be due to busy periods in the teams or hiring managers being away - given that you applied over the December period that might be the issue. I would recommend reaching out to the recruiter in the area to find out more information why you haven't heard back.

Would you be able to provide more details about working as a Manager in the Risk and Regulation team? What are the typical challenges in such a role?
Hi Lukasz, I look after recruitment across Risk and Regulation, I'd say the biggest challenge for a manager in the team is keeping abreast of the constantly changing regulations and legislation in the market. More general challenges include managing client relationships and prioritising time.

In all honesty that's something best asked to the business directly in an interview, they are most likely going to be the best people to give you a steer on this. You could potentially have a look at any information you can find on the Deloitte website or published in the media for an initial indicator though.
